Results Fifteen cases with 17 splenic artery aneurysms , 13 cases were solitary , 2 cases were multiple .

Methods A total of 11 cases with aneurysms : renal artery aneurysm in 4 cases , superior mesenteric artery ( in 2 ), splenic artery ( 3 ) and hepatic artery ( 2 ) . They were evaluated by means of CDFI , and confirmed by X-ray angiography .
